Educational Consultation Services (ECS) was developed to provide state departments, school districts, schools, community agencies, public and private organizations, and parents with practical information and guidance on implementation of research based and best practice educational tools and techniques for working with students. This information is shared through engaging workshops, interactive trainings, and follow-ups by the director of ECS, Dr. Tom Jenkins, and/or his staff of subconsultants. ECS specializes in trainings, workshops, and on-going consultation that focuses on the components necessary for successful implementation of a Response To Intervention model.
